Dismissed Report submitted by the State reflects that the CFDEEL conducted their analysis and on an analysis it was found that there were obscene materials available.
Having regard to the report submitted by the State, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this stage. However, State would take steps for expediting the trial as only two witnesses have been examined out of the proposed 13
witnesses.
Accordingly, CRM(M)1960 of 2025 is dismissed. Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
Learned trial court would fix schedule on each and every month and ensure that the trial is progressed reasonably in future. The investigating officer of the case is present in Court today. His further appearance before this Court is dispensed with. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
