Learned advocate also submits that the petitioners have been implicated on the basis of statement of a co accused. The subject-matter of the case, according to the petitioners, relates to 8 kg of ganja and 297 bottles of phensedyl being recovered from the other accused persons. Learned advocate for the State submits that date has been fixed for consideration of charges and the petitioners have antecedents.

Having considered the stage of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail.

Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is Rejected.

However, the petitioners would be at liberty to approach this court after the stage of consideration of charges are over.

Accordingly, CRM(NDPS) 1293 of 2025 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. Report so submitted be kept with the record.
