Mr. Das, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition suffers from some technical defects, as such, leave may be granted to the petitioner to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file afresh.

Considering the said prayer W.P.A. 24137 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

This order, however, will not prevent the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the selfsame cause of action. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
