For the State The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent police authorities to station police personnel at the schedule lands during the period of harvesting so as to ensure that the injunction order dated 08.05.2025 passed by the Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 4th Court, Purba Bardhaman, is not violated and that no law and aorder problem arises at the instance of the private respondents.

The learned counsel for the State has placed a report wherein it appears that there is a dispute in respect of the property involved and a suit is pending before a competent Civil Court.

Considering the relief prayed for by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to approach the concerned Civil Court where the suit is pending and

the petitioner has obtained an order of injunction, for appropriate relief including prayer for police protection which the learned Trial Court shall consider in accordance with law expeditiously.

The writ application stands disposed of.
