By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned demand order raised on the basis of adjudication order passed sometimes in the year 2019, which was an appellable order and now in November, 2022 petitioner wants interference with the impugned demand order, which would amount to indirectly interference with the adjudication order, which has been passed in the year 2019 which I am not inclined to interfere.

Accordingly this writ petition being WPA 24138 of 2022 is dismissed.

However, dismissal of this writ petition will not be a bar for the petitioner to avail any other alternative remedy if available under the statute. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
