For the State The petitioner submits that he has made an application before the authority concerned to know how many cases are pending against the brother. The State has filed two reports which are filed by the Officer-in-Charge, Jangipara Police Station and Officer-in-Charge, Haripal Police Station wherein the details of the said cases has been provided.

Copy of the said report be given to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner who at this stage not presses his relief as prayed for in the writ application and submits that his grievance as addressed by way of copy of the report which has been handed over to him. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
