Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody for 324 days and evidence of the victim has been over. As such, the petitioners may be released on bail on any stringent conditions. Learned advocate appearing for the State has produced the case diary.

I have considered the materials available in the case diary including the deposition of the victim. Having considered the same, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.

Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record.

The application for bail, being CRM (M) 2007 of 2025, is, thus, dismissed.
