WP.ST 123 of 2022 18.01.

Dr. Reena De Vs.

The State of West Bengal and others.

--------------- Ct. No. 04 Ab Mr. D. N. Ray, Mr. M. N. Ray, Mr. Sourav Halder.

... for the petitioner.

Mr. Tapan Kumar Mukherjee, Ms. Saheli Mukherjee.

... for the State.

Initially, the writ petitioner was very much vocal on the order impugned in the instant writ petition, but the moment the respondent authorities informed this Court and produced the document that pursuant to the order of the Tribunal a notice was given to the writ petitioner to participate in the hearing process and, in fact, the same has been done, the learned Advocate for the writ petitioner submits on instruction that his client is not interested in proceeding with the instant writ petition. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is dismissed as 'withdrawn'.
