This Court is satisfied with the explanation submitted by the alleged contemnor.

Since a reasoned order dated December 6, 2024, has been passed by the alleged contemnor in compliance with the order dated June 13, 2024, I

find no justification to keep this contempt proceeding pending.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the communication dated December 6, 2024, issued by the Director of Local Bodies, Government of West Bengal.

Accordingly, WPCRC 119 of 2025 is dropped.
