The petitioners have assailed the legality and validity of the death certificate issued by the Sub-Registrar (Birth & Death) Gram Panchayat, Kanthal Beria primarily on the ground that the date of death of the deceased stated therein does not tally with that of the certificate issued by the Imam.

On the prayer of the petitioner liberty is granted to withdraw the writ petition and taken necessary steps before the appropriate forum.

The writ petition is dismissed withdrawn.
