1. The Civil Revision has been preferred praying for expeditious hearing of the Title Suit No.64 of 2019 pending in the court of Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Haldia.

2. Considering the nature of relief prayed for, service is dispensed with. The suit before the Trial Court is for declaration and other reliefs.

3. Considering that, the suit is pending since 2019, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the Trial Court shall make all endeavor to dispose of the suit, expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from the date of this order.

4. The Civil Revision is thus disposed of.

5. Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

7. Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
