The writ petitioner is aggrieved that since after her mother-in-law went missing, her sister-in-law is trying to illegally alienate the properties of the motherin-law. The petitioner has complained to the local police station. She complains of police inaction. She claims 1/6th share in her mother-in-law's property. This Court is of the view that the petitioner should approach the civil court to seek remedies in accordance with law. This is more so when the petitioner wants to become a party to and is illegally claiming 1/6th share of a property of a person who is in fact missing.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
