1. The petitioner alleges that a land has been illegally used for the purpose other than being maintained as a water body.

2. The learned advocate appearing for the private respondent submitted that an order has been passed by the Collector under Section 4C of the West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955 dated 13th January, 2023 by which conversion has been approved.

3. As long as the order of conversion remains, the question of issuing a direction as sought for in the writ petition does not arise.
