1. After perusal of the order dated 9th October, 2012 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 12th Court, Calcutta, it reveals that the accused persons, namely, Priyojit Basu and Birendra Roy, respectively were not found guilty under Sections 353/114 of the IPC, thereby acquitted them from the said case under Section 255(1) Cr.P.C. and also discharged from their bail bond and set at liberty.

2. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, CRR 3250 of 2012 is disposed of.

4. Consequently, pending applications, if any, are, thus, disposed of.

5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

6. Let the order be communicated to the Ld. Court below for information.

7. Trial court records, if any, be remitted back to the learned court below.

8. All parties shall act in terms of the copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this court.

9. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties after observing all legal formalities.
