Counsel for the petitioner confirms the same. It is made clear that the payment made to the petitioner shall be subject to the result of MAT No.546 of 2021.

Hence, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

In view of the disposal of the contempt application, all connected applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.

The personal presence of the alleged contemnors is dispensed with.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
