1. The petitioner is aggrieved that the private respondents have forcefully put a lock on his shop room.

2. Counsel for the State submits that there are civil disputes with regard to the ownership and possession of the shop in question.

3. This Court is of the view that the petitioner may take out appropriate civil proceedings in this regard.

4. Joynagar Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

5. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
