This matter was earlier adjourned on 22nd January, 2021 as the appellant was not represented. However, on 28th January, 2021, Mr. Debranjan Das, learned Counsel appeared on behalf of the appellant and prayed for adjournment. We adjourned the matter and made it clear that no adjournment should be granted on the adjourned date.

We have perused the order impugned dated 15th November, 2019, trial court granted conditional stay for maintaining status quo in respect of the vehicle, described in the schedule to the injunction petition. We do not find any reasons to interfere with the

discretion exercised by the trial Judge in granting the ex parte ad interim order. Under such circumstances, the appeal and the application stand dismissed. However there will be no order as to costs.
