Petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that they are being harassed by the private respondents.

Learned advocate appearing for the respondents submits that civil suit is pending between the parties. Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that on a representation made by one Gurupada Das, steps have been taken by Khejuri Police Station and Khejuri Police Station Case No. 326 of 2024 dated 27.07.2024 was registered for investigation. Subsequently charge-sheet have also

been submitted therein after conclusion of investigation.

The petitioners at this stage are apprehensive that they may be harassed and, therefore, they require protection.

The petitioners will be at liberty, if they are aggrieved by the mode and manner of investigation, to approach the appropriate criminal court in seisin of Khejuri Police Station Case No. 326 of 2024.

As a proceeding under Section 107 Cr.P.C. / 126 BNSS have been initiated by the police authorities against both the parties, it is directed that the Inspector in Charge of Khejuri Police Station would keep strict vigil and ensure that no breach of peace and tranquility occurs at the locale and no untoward incident in respect of the dispute referred to takes place.

With the aforesaid observation, WPA 24748 if 2924 is disposed of.
