Records of the writ petition reflect that on 06.11.2024 none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and an accommodation was sought for on behalf of the petitioner on 3.12.2024.

State earlier submitted a report through the Officer-in-Charge, Nischinda Police Station wherein it reflects that learned CJM, Howrah was intimated and permission was obtained consequent to which Nischinda P.S. NCR No.587 was registered and the Subscriber details as well as the CDR of the mobile number was collected and the witnesses were examined.

Since at the relevant point of time police authorities took steps in accordance with law, I direct that if the petitioner is aggrieved, petitioner would approach the jurisdictional Magistrate ventilating his grievance. Learned Magistrate would assess and

ascertain regarding the allegations and thereafter pass necessary directions as he deems fit and proper. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 24750 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
