Petitioner None appeared on behalf of the petitioner earlier when the revisional application was called on 18th November, 2023. Today also no one appears for the petitioner when the revisional application is taken up for hearing. I have considered the pleadings advanced in the revisional application as well as the documents which have been enclosed.

I find that the prayer in the revisional application was made in respect of the charge which was framed on 12th September, 2023. None of the documents under Section 207 Cr.P.C., which has been relied upon by the prosecution, has been enclosed.

Accordingly, this Court is not in a position to adjudicate the truth or falsity of the allegations made out in the revisional application. As such, no interference is made in respect of the continuation of Katwa Police Station Case No. 441 of 2022 dated 16.07.2022 which is pending before the learned Judge, 3rd Court Special Court (NDPS Act), Purba Bardhaman. In view of the observations made above, CRR 3920 of 2023 is dismissed.
