In the first line of the fourth paragraph of the fist page of the said order, the expression "The O.C, Burdwan Police Station" shall stand corrected and be read as "The I.C., Murshidabad Police Station". Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated 19.01.2023.

The other parts of the order dated 19.01.2023 shall remain unaltered.

S.I., Subrata Ghosh, Murshidabad Police Station is personally present in Court and files a report dated 23rd January, 2023 and the same is taken on record.
