Asok Kumar De Mr. Rajdeep Bhattacharya ... for the petitioner Mr. Debasis Sur Mr. Hare Krishna Halder ... for the opposite party The revisional application is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to file a composite application providing in detail the name, relevance and the relevance of the witness, whom the petitioner/opposite party wants to recall in Motor Accident Claims Case No.527 of 2015, which is pending before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, 5th Court, Paschim Medinipur.

It is made clear that such application should be filed within a week from reopening of the court after the puja vacation. A copy thereof shall be served in advance upon the opposite party/claimant. The learned court shall dispose of the said application within two weeks thereafter. On the outcome of the said application, the court shall provide dates for further consideration of the proceedings. The order impugned is set aside.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of the order.
