1. Chemical examiner's report has been placed on record.

2. Chemical examiner's report shows presence of codeine phophate in the sample. Under such circumstances and in view of volume of narcotics recovered from the possession of the petitioner i.e. 80 bottles of Phensedyl Syrup containing codeine phosphate above commercial quantity we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
