Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has complied with the conditions imposed by this Court while granting bail in CRM (DB) 3417 of 2024. He seeks for waiving of the conditions namely "not to leave the territorial jurisdiction of Barasat Police Station, North 24-Parganas" and for modification of the condition "that the petitioner shall report to the Inspector-in-Charge of Barasat Police Station on every alternate day, until further orders".

The report filed by the State shows that the petitioner has complied the order of this Court by reporting to the Inspector-in-

Charge of Barasat on every alternate day. It is informed by the learned Advocates that vulnerable witnesses have already been examined.

In view of the above, the condition "not to leave the territorial jurisdiction of Barasat Police Station, North 24Parganas" stands waived. However, the other condition "that the petitioner shall report to the Inspector-in-Charge of Barasat Police Station on every alternate day" is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall meet the Inspector-in-Charge once in a fortnight until further orders.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of.
