Case No. 1350 of 2024. By the said order the learned Judge granted anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioner on furnishing bond of Rs.20,000/- with 2 sureties of 10,000/- each, one of whom must be local surety having registered deed of landed property.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is unable to furnish local surety having registered deed of landed property and is still suffering incarceration. The petitioner seeks liberty to furnish cash surety in the form of NSC/KVP or the like instead of local surety.

Such liberty is granted. The condition imposed upon the petitioner vide order passed on August 06, 2024 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties of 10,000/- each, one of whom should be cash surety in the form NSC/KVP or the like. The other conditions imposed upon the petitioner shall remain unaltered.

CRR No. 4268 of 2024 is disposed of.
