The learned advocate representing the petitioner submits to have lost the brief of the instant writ petition and seeks permission of this Court to apply for certified copy of the same from the Department and the same is allowed.

Department is directed to serve certified copy along with annexed documents upon the learned advocate representing the petitioner upon compliance of requisite formalities.

The learned advocate representing the petitioner thereafter is to serve copy of the same upon the learned advocate representing the respondents/HCL.

Let the matter be fixed on 23rd April, 2025.
