At the time of call no one appears on behalf of the petitioner and no accommodation is prayed for.

However, it appears that on 22nd June, 2023 when the matter was called on for hearing accommodation was prayed for on behalf of the petitioner and the same was granted thereby directing the matter to appear in the combined monthly list of July, 2023 for further consideration. The learned advocate for the petitioner was granted opportunity to obtain instructions in the matter so that the matter can be heard on the next date. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
