1. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is complying with the direction imposed upon him pursuant to the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench on January 22, 2025. So, trial is going on and he may not evade the trial. It is further submitted that the condition imposed upon him, the I.O. of the concerned police station once in a week is required to be modified.

2. Learned Prosecution submitted which reveals that the petitioner complying with all the directions and no other complaint is pending against the petitioiner regarding this case.

3. Having heard the learned advocates, this Court is inclined to allow the prayer and to relax the condition imposed to that extent that the petitioner must meet with the I.O. once in a month in place of once in a week.

4. Accordingly, I.A. No. CRAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of. (CHAITALI CHATTERJEE (DAS), J.)
