There are serious allegations as against the petitioners. There are allegations with regard to abortion. The police are yet to conclude the investigations. In fact, the police complaint was lodged only on October 23, 2022. In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 5156 of 2022 is dismissed.
