Report submitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur, 24-Parganas (South) which has been forwarded through the learned District Judge, 24-Parganas (South) be kept with the record. The report of the learned Judicial Magistrate reflects that the records relating to Kashipur Police Station Case No.115 of 2020 dated 13.04.2020 has been reconstructed and the learned Magistrate has certified the same also. Dates are now fixed for consideration of charges. In view of the purpose for which the petitioner approached this Court, I am of the view that the same has been sub-served.

Accordingly, CRR 3925 of 2023 is disposed of. Learned trial court will take steps so that the trial of the case can be expedited as much time has been consumed because of the records being misplaced.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently

disposed of.
