Mr. Ekramul Bari .... For the petitioners Mr. Ekramul Bari, learned advocate appeared Court No. 22 04.7.2023 (Item No. 26) (AB) for the petitioners.

None appeared for the respondents.

Mr. Bari, submitted that, the claim of the writ petitioners was on account of mutual transfer from one school to other. The writ petition was filed in the year 2005. Subsequently, with the introduction of the Utsashree Scheme, this writ petition has now become infructuous. The writ petition has thus lost its force. He submitted that, the petitioners may be granted liberty to file a fresh writ petition strictly in accordance with law, if the prevailing rules and regulations for transfer permits the petitioners to do so.

Considering the above submissions, this writ petition being W.P.A.

23501 of stands dismissed as infructuous, without any order as to costs.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

The petitioners shall be at liberty to file a writ petition afresh, if he is permitted to do so in law. (Aniruddha Roy, J.)
