And In the matter of : Md. Ismail @ Guddu Ms. Dhanasree Biswas .....for the State In Re: CRAN 1 of 2025 None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Bail was granted on 11.02.2025. The report reflects that the petitioner was staying within the jurisdiction of Tiljala Police Station for the last two months. However, the petitioner has been meeting with the Officer-in-Charge of Tiljala Police Station once a week since 11.02.2025.

Having considered the same and also the gravity of the offence, I am of the view that the condition earlier imposed is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall meet with the Officerin-Charge of Tiljala Police Station once in a fortnight till further orders.

With the aforesaid observations CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.
