2. It is submitted that, to the knowledge of the learned Advocate of the petitioner, no Special Leave Petition has been filed against the said judgement and order. It is submitted that the maintenance amount has not been paid.

3. Under such circumstances, we dispose of the contempt application by giving an opportunity to the appellant to execute this order as a decree before the learned Competent Court.
