1. Mr. Ahmed, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner by placing before this Court, the letter dated 20th December, 2024 which is taken on record would submit that he has instruction not to proceed with the revisional application.

2. Having regard thereto, let the aforesaid revisional application be dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
