1. The petitioner submits that the notice dated 19/09/2025 was passed without serving any notice upon the petitioner.

2. It appears that the hearing is under process before the SDO, Malda and it is submitted by the learned counsel for the State that the next date is fixed on October 16, 2025.

3. The writ petitioner being WPA 23920 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to appear before the authority concerned on October 16, 2025 at 1.00 p.m. when the authority concerned being respondent No.4 shall also consider the representation dated 22/09/2025 at the time of hearing in accordance with law.

4. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
