The grievance raised in this writ petition relates to the appeal of the petitioner pending before the Second appellate authority under the Right to Information Act and petitioner submits that during the pendency of this writ petition the said second appellate authority has already disposed of the appeal and petitioner has already challenged the same by filing another writ petition. Taking into consideration the submission of the parties and the aforesaid fact this writ petition being WPA 24189 of 2022 is disposed of without passing any order. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
