2. The petitioner prays for consideration of his representation dated 20th September, 2025.

3. On hearing the parties, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent No.1 shall consider the said representation dated 20th September, 2025, upon hearing the parties and shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law.

4. Though the representation is addressed to the respondent No.3, Station Manager, the respondent No.1 shall dispose of the same within 30 days from the date of communication of the order.

5. It is made clear that this Court does not go into merit of the matter.

6. The writ application being WPA 23926 of 2025 is thus disposed of.
