The limited grievance of the petitioners is that, despite having applied for certified copy of the deed bearing No.2559 dated June 4, 1990, registered at Hathatgang A.D.S.R., District North 24-Parganas, such certified copy is not being supplied to the petitioners.

WPA 22214 of 2019 is disposed of by directing the respondent no.4 to supply a certified copy of the said deed to the petitioners at the earliest, positively within three weeks from date, upon

ascertainment that appropriate stamp duty has been put in for such registration.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent website certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
