This application has been filed by the petitioner for extension of time to allow the respondent verification of Form 'C' and 'E-1' filed by the petitioner which according to Mr. Siddiqui are quite bulkier. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties, this application being CAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of by granting further time to the respondent WBGST authority to implement the order of this Court dated 22nd November, 2023 within 30th March, 2024.
