1. The petitioners have challenged the order dated 12th August, 2025 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haldia, Purba Medinipur passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that he is ready and willing to pursue the matter before the DRT where the matter is fixed for hearing on 29th October, 2025. The petitioner prays for an interim order till the 29th October, 2025.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 submits that in case of urgency, the petitioner is at liberty to file a put-up application before the DRT who shall consider the matter on urgent basis but filing a writ application in this manner does not call for an interim order. It is further submitted that the DRT is functioning and the petitioner can approach the DRT.

4. WPA 23950 of 2025 is disposed of with liberty being granted to the petitioner to approach the DRT by way of a put-up application praying for an interim protection till the next date of hearing which the DRT shall consider in accordance with law.
