1. The petitioner has challenged a notification dated 25th September, 2025, wherein it has been noted in Clause-9 "The schedule for opening application portal and submitting the filled in application form through online mode with be notified later."

2. It appears that there is no effective notification calling for any application at this stage.

3. The petitioner prays for an order on the basis of a coordinate Bench's order stating that he is TET qualified.

4. These factors are not to be considered by this Court as the writ petition challenging the notification dated 25th September, 2025, has not called for any application.

5. The writ application is, therefore, considered to be premature and is, accordingly, dismissed.

6. The petitioner is at liberty to file afresh.

7. There shall be no order as to costs.

8. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties, subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.
