For the Petitioner The petitioner has assailed the order passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Calcutta on 20th August, 2024 in Miscellaneous Case no. 04 of 2024. The matter was referred for mediation and it appears from the final report of the mediation that the parties have agreed to settle the dispute in terms of the conditions mentioned in the order.

Learned counsels for the parties submit that the Miscellaneous case pending before the learned trial Court may be disposed of finally in terms of the order passed in the mediation. In view of the above, Miscellaneous case no. 04 of 2024 pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Calcutta be disposed of on the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties in mediation.

CRR 4272 of 2024 is disposed of.
