Das ..for the municipality The petitioner applied for the post of "Dome" pursuant to the selection process initiated by the Titagarh municipality in 2018. According to the petitioner, the petitioner was successful at the written test, which was held on February 17, 2019. The petitioner was also called for an interview, which was held on June 25, 2019. It is the specific case of the petitioner that the merit list has not been published pursuant to the said selection process and the petitioner is in the dark about the result of such recruitment drive.

Per contra, according to Mr. Das, learned advocate appearing for the municipality submits that the selection process was concluded in 2019 and the post of "Dome" has been filled up by the successful candidate. He further submits that the merit list was published in the Website.

Under such circumstances, nothing remains to be decided in the writ petition. The municipality shall intimate to the petitioner, at the address mentioned in the cause title of the writ petition about the fate of the selection process. Such intimation shall be sent to the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order.

The writ petition is, thus, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are to act on the server copy of this order.
