2. Despite service, none appears for the respondents.

3. Being satisfied with the cause shown for the absence of the appellants on the relevant date, CAN 9 of 2024 is allowed, thereby recalling the order dated August 05, 2024, whereby the appeal along with connected applications were dismissed for default. There will be no order as to costs.

4. Accordingly, SAT 500 of 2008 along with CAN 1 of 2008 (Old No: CAN 9762 of 2008), CAN 2 of 2009 (Old No: CAN 1024 of 2009) and CAN 6 of 2019 (Old No: CAN 9202 of 2019) are restored to their original files and numbers.

5. The appeal be placed in the list on February 17, 2025 under the heading "Order XLI Rule 11".
