1. Dispensation of personal presence of the alleged contemnor is sought on the ground that the order dated 30th November, 2021 has been complied with.

2. A copy of the order of the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Bharati Tanti - Vs. - Dinonath Mondal & Ors. passed in M.A.T. No. 589 of 2022 against the order dated 30th November, 2021 has been placed before this Court. It appears therefrom that the Division Bench has not otherwise interfered with the order of this Court.

3. The remedy of appeal under the concerned Act has been allowed to be availed by the private respondents. The private respondents may, therefore, avail remedies as directed by the Division Bench in its order dated 5th

April, 2023.

4. The alleged contemnor shall take steps as required under the Statute subject to any order that may be passed by the Appellate Authority.

5. The compliance report filed by the alleged contemnor has been considered and kept with the record.

6. The personal appearance of the alleged contemnor shall stand dispensed with.

7. Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.

8. The contempt application is, thus, disposed of.

9. There will be no order as to costs.
