An application has been filed by the petitioner disclosing her intention and willingness to make payment of the final assessment bill amounting to Rs. 62,673/-. Liberty has been sought for to challenge the said order before the appellate authority.

2. As the petitioner has already prayed leave before the Court to pay the final assessment amount, accordingly, the instant writ petition along with the connected application is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to pay the sum of Rs. 62,673/- along with the restoration charges.

3. Within 48 hours of making payment of the said amount, the electricity connection of the petitioner will be restored. The payment will be made without prejudice to the rights and contention of the parties. It will be open for the petitioners to challenge the final assessment order before the appellate forum, in accordance with law, if so advised.

4. The writ petition and the connected application stands disposed of.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
