For the State Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 14th October, 2025 no coercive steps are being taken by the police authority. The grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to hold that the writ petition has become redundant and is accordingly disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
