Report filed on behalf of the State is taken on record. It appears from the report that the present petitioner who claims to be Rubel Sk. @ Rubel Sekh is the same person as Rabiul Sk.

Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

Perused the case diary.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statement of the minor victim made before the Magistrate and the alleged role ascribed to the present petitioner, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the present petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 3524 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
