On hearing the learned counsels for the parties, the said order dated 14.10.2025 is hereby recalled and the following order is passed:

The writ petitioner and the respondent school and the State are represented.

The petitioner is aggrieved that in spite of serving for more than

twelve years in the respondent school , his service, his service as clerk was not approved by the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), Murshidabad. To that effect and for redressal of his grievance he has submitted a written prayer vide his letter dated 6th January, 2025 and 24th September, 2025. The same are yet to be considered by the said respondent/District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), Murshidabad.

After hearing the learned counsels for the appearing parties, this Court directs the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education ), Murshidabad to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 6th January, 2025 and 24th September, 2025 within six weeks from the date of the order in the light of the settled proposition of law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and decide the same, in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
