The petitioner submits that construction is being raised illegally on the disputed plot of land without conversion.
The State respondents submit that as the matter pertains to the provisions of the Land Reforms Act, the present writ petition is not maintainable.
The petitioner complains that several applications filed by the petitioner before the Block Land & Land Reforms Officer and District Land & Land Reforms Officer have not been considered till date.
The petitioner prays for a direction upon the respondent no.4 (District Land & Land Reforms Officer) for consideration of the petitioner's prayer. Upon hearing submissions made by the parties, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction upon the respondent no.4 being the District Land & Land Reforms Officer to consider the prayer of the petitioner
and dispose of the same within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the affected parties including the petitioner, in accordance with law.
Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to be not admitted.
With the aforesaid directions, WPA 22241 of 2019 is disposed of.
